Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis of startup ideas, including market research, competitive analysis, and financial forecasting.
- Develop and analyze financial projections, including revenue models, expense projections, and cash flow statements.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations that summarize findings and recommendations.
- Evaluate the financial risks associated with startup investments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Provide ongoing financial advice and support to program participants.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in the venture capital and startup industries.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate/investment banking, private equity, or venture capital.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.
- Experience with financial software applications, such as Excel and Bloomberg or any other related applications.
